Almost three weeks ago we decided to expand, not only our dreams, but our brewery. We chose to scale-up from a modest homebrew setup to a commercial nanobrewery.

In our exploration for the perfect brewery setup we met Nancy & Jim, owners of GSP Craft Brewing. We couldn't be more thankful for their passion and innovation for taking brewing to the next level. We are honored to have the best engineered nanobrewery as the start for Cold Crash Brewing Co.

Our craft of producing delicious gluten-free beer will soon be shared with those who can make it out to the Seattle area!
